Nick Update!

Nick is doing great! He's ALL. BOY. He's 100 miles a minute and never seems to tire! He's been up to so much lately...

- We recently finished up with music classes which he LOVED- especially the drums! Next up- swimming lessons! :)
- He really loves it and knows "Row, row, row your Boat", "Twinkle, twinkle Little Star", and the ABCs by heart! His little voice is just precious!
- He can count to 10 easily without prompting and up to 15 with prompting. He's getting better with one-to-one correspondence which is great for his age.
- He knows almost all of his animal sounds and my FAVORITE is the pig! He breathes in and out of his nose to make that one! So cute (and practical when I need him to blow his nose-lol!)
- He knows almost all of his letters by sight. If he misses them it's a d for a b, etc.
- He loves to play in the "bament" and has so much fun running around outside!

- He has so many "Nickims" that we love....

• In the morning when we are taking a little bit too long before coming to get him out of his crib he'll say "Mommy!....(pause).... Daddy!.... (pause)..... Mommy, Daddy weh AAAA you?" It's adorable!
  


• He's a very polite little man and we require him to say please, thank you, and we work on Yes, Ma'am and No, Sir. What's been so cute lately is he'll ask for more of something and when I don't understand what he's asking for more of, I'll say "More what, Nick" and he'll look at me and reply "More, PEASE" and I'll again say "More OF what, Nick" and he'll look at me, NOD, and reply "More, PEASE"... so stinkin' cute.



• I already mentioned the singing above but the best is at night before bedtime, he'll ask us to "sit the chair. seeng songs". It's such a special time with him!



• He loves "brudder" and gives him sweet kisses and hugs but we do have to watch him like a hawk because he'll give Adam an occasional head butt when he thinks we're not looking!
  

Nick is doing so great and we thoroughly enjoy every minute with our big boy!
